Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract - full time role in Reading, PA. The position offers 35 hours per week, paid at $55 per hour, and involves student evaluations, therapy provision, and documentation per student plans.

The role requires current OT licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, health clearance, and compliance with applicable regulations; 18+ years of age and professional standards adherence are also required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of OT experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with plan of care for each student.
