Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a School Occupational Therapist for FMLA coverage in Plymouth, MN, 4 days per week. You will provide OT services to students with Setting IV services and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student growth.

We value strong communication, independence, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing clinical support during the school year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota OT licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Address functional, fine motor, and sensory skills within the school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and sensory strategies to support participation.
• Monitor progress and maintain IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations.
• Provide consultation to classroom staff to support therapy goals.
