AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a temporary FMLA coverage position in Glendale Heights, Illinois. You will provide direct OT services to PreK students in a school setting, with daytime hours approximately 8:00 AM–3:30 PM.
The role requires an Illinois IDFPR OT license, strong communication and collaboration skills, independence within a team, and a commitment to helping young learners participate successfully in school.

Compensation: $50–$60 per hour
As the FMLA Occupational Therapist, you will provide occupational therapy services to PreK students and support their participation and success within the school environment.
This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with early childhood students and is comfortable stepping into an established school-based program for a temporary assignment.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK students
Implement individualized therapy goals and interventions
Support students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills as appropriate
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals
Monitor and document student progress
Complete required therapy documentation and maintain accurate service records
Communicate student needs and progress with the educational team
Provide developmentally appropriate, engaging, and student-centered interventions
Current Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapy license
Experience working with children is preferred
School-based or early childhood experience is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently while becoming an effective member of an established school team
Passion for supporting young students and helping them develop the skills needed to participate successfully in school
$50–$60 per hour
