Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of operational systems across the network, ensuring facilities safety, compliance, and efficiency to support strong academic outcomes.

The role oversees facilities, school operations, enrollment, support services, and operational systems, managing cross-functional teams and driving network-wide excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in charter school, district, or multi-campus environments.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years of school leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading complex school or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide facilities strategy and safety systems.
• Oversee school operations, enrollment, and support services.
• Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and compliance.
• Drive enrollment strategy and performance monitoring.
• Lead budgeting, dashboards, and professional learning structures.
