Job summary

Crescent City Schools is seeking an Operations Manager to support multiple administrative groups in our in-person New Orleans campuses. The role collaborates with Transportation, Data, Kitchen, Technology, and Office management to streamline daily operations, enrollment, and communications for families.

This position is located on-site and offers a Lead Scale compensation structure with potential leadership bumps, as well as comprehensive benefits and a strong leave policy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Transportation Manager with bus routing, maintaining student transportation updates, arrival and dismissal, and field trips
• Assisting the Data Manager with testing procedures, logistics, and security
• Assisting the Kitchen Manager with coordination, preparation, and submission of meal data for federal reimbursements
• Assisting the Technology Manager with student and staff technology
• Assisting the Office Manager in the registration and enrollment process
• Preparing family communications
• Supporting event coordination and other special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations
