Job summary

Genuine Foods is seeking a Site Lead to manage operations at a school site in New Orleans. You will oversee daily menu execution, lead cooks and prep teams, and ensure meals align with company recipes and service standards.

In a fast-paced setting you’ll handle prep, inventory, deliveries, and student interactions, while maintaining food safety and health requirements. You’ll report to the field manager and culinary/operations directors, embodying our mission and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food or customer service supervisor experience in a mid-high volume facility.
• Creative problem-solver with enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily breakfast, snack, and/or lunch prep and service.
• Ensure meals follow daily menu and recipe standards.
• Maintain on-time service aligned with school schedule.
• Manage direct reports, schedule, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory, receive deliveries, and track production records.
• Uphold health and safety and food safety procedures.
