Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for Franklin, Wisconsin. This contract role involves conducting student evaluations, developing and delivering therapy, and documenting progress per the care plan.

The ideal candidate holds current OT licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, and at least 18 years old; prior OT experience is preferred. Pay is $55 per hour with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
