Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for contract-full-time work in Beloit, Wisconsin. The OT will evaluate students, design and provide therapy, and document progress in line with each student’s care plan.

Requirements include an active OT license in Wisconsin, CPR where applicable, and adherence to all regulatory standards. Benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, anddocumenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice
