Qualifications

• Associate degree in a computer-related field.
• 2 years IT support related work experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day support for all nutrition software applications.
• Manages, monitors, and closes technology work order tickets.
• Provides technology administration, integration and troubleshooting of hardware/software located in the school nutrition office and all school cafeterias.
• Performs nutrition software installation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Manages vendor support for nutrition equipment replacements and installation projects.
• Creates and defines tools to for program evaluation.
• Trains and supports department users and school-based employees using the software.
• Coordinates network policies, procedures and standards with technology department.
• Maintains and organizes inventory of registers, monitors, laptops, printers, computer parts, and technology-based equipment.
• Provides support to the division by using foodservice application reporting tools.
• Establishes network connections which may include wiring, cable preparation, setting up workstations, local area networks, file servers, hubs, and any other technical network-attached devices.
• Serves as liaison between the technology department, vendors, and the school nutrition department.
• Provides technology-related updates to school nutrition leadership.
• Manages security, troubleshooting, and correction of any system issues.
