Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking an IT support specialist to service, maintain, and train staff on the Point of Sale system across school cafeterias. You will analyze workstation, network, server, and printer issues and provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities include managing nutrition software, tickets, hardware maintenance, vendor coordination, installation testing, and user training, while ensuring security and collaboration with the technology department.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in computer-related field or equivalent
• 2 years IT support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for nutrition software applications
• Manage and close technology work order tickets
• Install, test, and support nutrition software and related hardware
• Coordinate network policies and standards with technology department
• Train staff and school-based employees on software usage
• Maintain inventory of technology equipment
• Serve as liaison between technology department, vendors, and nutrition department
