Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, sets standards, trains and motivates to meet targets.

• Submits reports and maintains records as required.
• Trains employees on regulations and procedures; conducts on‑the‑job training.
• Manages food production per standardized recipes and safety guidelines.
• Acts as substitute for subordinates during shortages or events.
• Attends trainings and meetings to enhance skills.
