Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English; basic math.
• Experience in institutional food service is desired.
• Six months to one year in preparing and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains and cleans commercial kitchen equipment.
• Cleans tables, counters, serving trays, and maintains sanitary work environment.
• Identifies and serves a reimbursable meal to each student per USDA guidelines.
• Receives and stocks groceries and supplies; assists in food preparation.
• Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch and a la carte items; may handle cash at POS.
