Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of workers in food prep and service in school cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, district policies, and federal/state regulations.
• Train and supervise SNP staff; prepare schedules and assign work.
• Manage inventory, orders and food safety practices to meet menu needs.
• Maintain records and reports for audits and accountability.
