Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily meal service to ensure accurate portions and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate meal staging and presentation for visual appeal.
• Maintain a clean, organized service line and positive dining experience.
• Monitor operations and resolve workflow issues with the kitchen team.
• Maintain meal counts and required NSLP documentation.
• Liaise between kitchen staff and school partners.
• Support food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
