Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong kitchen expediting experience and is comfortable with administrative tasks.
• Candidate should enjoy interacting with customers and working with both kitchen teams and schools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals are served on time in compliant portions daily.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service line while uplifting students with dignity.
• Proactively share information between teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts to maintain workflow.
• Maintain operational systems and databases with data accuracy and meal compliance.
• Create accountability checks to ensure consistent data management.
• Address day-of concerns with school partners and inform Head Chef and District Manager.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to solve same-day operational issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
