Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Nutrition Services Manager, plan, organize, coordinate and supervise food service operations at multiple kitchens; train, and lead assigned staff.
• Prepare production schedules and assign duties of food service and student staff; assist in the selection, training of assigned staff.
• Read and interpret standardized menus, recipes, and safe food practices according to HACCP and district procedures.
