Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in operation of school restaurant serving elementary students.
• Supervise work schedules and direct staff; ensure proper records of hours and banking procedures.
• Adhere to USDA guidelines and sanitation standards; maintain food quality and safety.
• Prepare, forward and maintain records and reports for the Division of Food & Nutrition Services.
