Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a Manager: School Nutrition Level 1 to lead the operation of a school cafeteria in an elementary school. You will oversee meal preparation, service, cashiering, and the transportation of food and supplies, while ensuring sanitation and compliance with USDA and COMAR guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising School Nutrition Associates, planning schedules, maintaining records, managing inventory, and coordinating with staff for special events

Competenze

• Six (6) months food service experience with demonstrated “back-up” managerial experience required.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities deemed sufficient to prepare the applicant to successfully perform the duties of the position.

• Oversee school restaurant operations and meal service.
