Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
• 6 months of food service experience with demonstrated backup management experience required.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1–5 direct staff and manage kitchen operations.
• Prepare work schedules and direct daily activities of staff.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventories and oversee food orders and deliveries.
• Reconcile cash receipts and banking per procedures.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to staff.
