Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate is required.
• Six months of food service management experience for Level 2-6; one year for Level 7-9.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and operate a school food service program.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to USDA guidelines for the Child Nutrition Program and AACPS policies.
• Supervises food preparation, portion control, and sanitation to meet standards.
• Orders supplies, manages inventory, and ensures proper storage of products.
• Manages and trains School Nutrition staff and coordinates with school/site staff.
