Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Registered Dietitian I to oversee nutritionally sound, cost-efficient menus for students. The role emphasizes compliance with nutrition standards, collaboration with Food & Beverage Development, and supporting nutrient analysis and training across schools.

The successful candidate will plan meals, educate staff and students on healthy choices, and contribute to menu implementation while maintaining excellent customer service and coordination with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics or equivalent accreditation.
• RD certification and licensing as applicable.
• Ability to maintain professional conduct and customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus in accordance with Aramark guidelines.
• Visits school cafes regularly.
• Supports recipe development, menu production and foodservice standards.
• Supports nutrient analysis for all items served.
• Educates clients and consumers on healthy choices through training and outreach.
• Assists with new employee training.
• Collaborates with management to ensure quality service.
