Job summary

Job description

5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (8 Hours) Monday through Friday, when school is in session and lunch is served. (Hours may vary with workload.)

DUTIES: The applicant will prep fruits and veggies, prepares seasonal fruit, Serves breakfast and lunch and clean up afterwards. Helps in the dish room between lunch lines. You will help with sweeping and moping and any other duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.

REQUIREMENTS: Job requires good communication skills including writing and reading abilities as a successful applicant will need to communicate with students, staff, administration and the public. Some computer knowledge helpful and must be willing to learn Point of Sale Cashiering System. Applicant must be able to push, pull or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds. You will also be required to attend any job-related training as provided by the School Nutrition Dept. During probation, must be able to pass the Food Handler Test with a passing score.
