Job summary

For Each 1 Reach 1 seeks a Food Service Coordinator to oversee daily food department logistics, ensure safety compliance, and maintain documentation for claims and audits. You will track meal counts, manage SOPs, inventory, and support a positive customer service experience for students.

The role requires coordinating with health and school district authorities, training staff, and maintaining required certifications through annual trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience in relevant areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major with state-recognized certificate for school nutrition directors or 1 year relevant food service experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any major with at least 1 year relevant food service experience or Associates degree with 1 year relevant food service experience
• High school diploma and 3 years relevant food service experience
• Must pass a background check and complete hiring processes
• Learn POS system and complete annual NSLT trainings
• Maintain annual training/CEU requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete applications and renewals for all programs.
• Process claims and reimbursements for all programs.
• Ensure food service compliance and procurement.
• Serve as liaison with Florida Department of Health and School District.
• Train and supervise food service staff and attend director meetings.
• Plan monthly team meetings.
• Support administrative reviews and audits.
