Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operation and assist the manager.
• Be part of rotating work schedule.

• Responsible for monthly payroll twice yearly.
• Handle daily deposits once weekly.
• Assist with production records.
• Review managerial procedures manual.
• Communicate personnel strengths/weaknesses to manager.
• Handle minor personnel issues in cafeteria.
