Responsibilities

• Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs, hardware, wiring and electrical, and motors and switches performed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and code compliance per state, local, and BOE guidelines.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, air conditioning, and boilers per EPA guidelines.
• Read district blueprints and as-built drawings; update documentation.
• Order materials and track labor related to assignments.
• Assist with snow removal and salt application during inclement weather.
• Be available for on- call or after-hours as needed.
• Open school buildings, disarm alarms, turn on lights, and perform related tasks.
