Job summary

Lititz Christian School is seeking a dedicated Lunch Coordinator to plan, purchase, prepare, and serve daily meals for our K–12 program and Lititz Early Learning Center.

Responsibilities include menu planning, food safety per ServSafe standards, coordinating with outside vendors, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting school events with culinary services. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan nutritious, cost-effective lunch menus for K–12 and Early Learning Centers.
• Prepare meals according to ServSafe standards and food safety guidelines.
• Serve lunch to students and package meals for delivery to centers.
• Write and distribute monthly lunch menus.
• Coordinate with outside food vendors for scheduled meals and timely delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and proper storage of food.
