Liberty Classical Academy – White Bear Lake Campus seeks a dependable School Food Service Coordinator to support our lunch program for grades 3–8. This part-time role emphasizes food safety, organization, and customer service in a school setting.

Responsibilities include preparing daily lunch items, ensuring ServSafe standards, maintaining a clean kitchen, managing inventory, and coordinating meal service with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in food service, catering, or school nutrition preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and prepare catered lunch items for daily student service.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards, including ServSafe.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and food storage environment.
• Support allergen and dietary accommodation protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking lunch program supplies.
• Coordinate meal service to ensure lunches are distributed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain food service records and documentation as required.
• Work with staff and vendors to support a positive lunch experience.
