Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in New Jersey. In this role you will care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, exercising clinical judgment in a calm home setting and building trust with the child and family.

You will work with a supportive team, follow established care plans and physician orders, and have access to training and mentorship to maintain high standards of safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities
