Care Options for Kids is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide focused pediatric home health care in New Jersey. You will nurse a single patient at a time, reporting to an RN and clinical leadership, ensuring consistent care and patient comfort.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, safety, and ongoing support from a clinical team. A stable schedule, training opportunities, and competitive benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey LPN license or multistate license.
• Physical exam within the last 3 years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray within required timeframe.
• BLS CPR certificate (in-person).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
