Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. In this role you’ll provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home, working with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care.

You’ll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, enjoy a stable environment, and contribute to a team that emphasizes patient relationships, safety, and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical must be within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
