Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in New Jersey. You will partner with an RN and clinical leadership to implement plans of care in patients' homes, ensuring safety, continuity, and compassionate support.

This role offers stability, a structured workflow, and weekly pay with direct deposit. A NJ LPN license, current BLS CPR, and a willingness to train for specialized devices are required; PPE is provided and

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license (or Multistate license) is required.
• Physical exam within the last 3 years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray on file.
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to implement plans of care.
• Follow CDC safety guidelines and PPE protocols in homes.
• Offer stable, compassionate care with clear patient communication.
