Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. You will provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in the child’s home, using clinical judgment to support high-acuity needs and family education.

This role rewards autonomy, continuity of care, and collaboration with a dedicated clinical support team. Valid NJ RN license is required.

• Physical examination within last 3 years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person)
• Valid driver’s license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Requirements
