You will help develop kitchen staff, enforce HACCP/USDA and health department standards, and partner with leadership to maintain strong community relations. This role reports to the Kitchen Manager or designee and involves scheduling, training, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Experience in food service with customer interaction.
• Knowledge of HACCP and USDA/health department standards.
• Ability to supervise staff and delegate tasks.
• Able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and customer service tasks.
• Delegate assignments and monitor timely completion of work.
• Ensure health department sanitation standards are met and HACCP requirements followed.
• Supervise and direct food service workers in absence of Kitchen Manager.
• Submit orders, inventory, and maintenance requests to central office as required.
• Receive directives from supervisor and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Protect student eligibility information and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain timely communication with district leadership and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
