Job summary

Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a part-time schedule and on-site duties at Millard North Middle School.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooks and train junior staff in food preparation.
• Plan production, estimate food requirements, and maintain records.
• Coordinate production and train staff on sheets and recipes.
• Ensure a safe work environment and HACCP compliance.
• Assist with orders and inventory control.
• Support Production Manager in supervising kitchen staff.
