Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid WA Food Handler's Permit.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality, nutritious meals following district requirements.
• Supervise student helpers and staff on food handling and safety practices.
• Develop and post work schedules and serving area diagrams for continuity.
• Maintain records including meal counts, cash counts, tickets, orders, payroll and inventory.
