You may lead staff, maintain records, handle money for meals, monitor inventories, and promote district nutrition programs. This on-site role requires teamwork, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year experience in commercial or institutional food preparation.
• Ability to utilize fundamentals of meal preparation.
• Skills to plan menus and adjust recipes.
• Competency to complete and maintain all records as requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious meals following procedures.
• Lead assigned staff in meal preparation, serving and clean up.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures.
