Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of food service supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to complete.
• Valid Driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Comfort using computer systems (Microsoft Office, POS).
• Strong in organization and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food production and ensure serving-time readiness.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and FIFO storage; manage inventories.
• Oversee HACCP logs, production records, and safety checklists.
• Provide daily kitchen leadership and troubleshooting guidance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and menu adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff across district kitchens.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team, and staff.
