Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety procedures is desirable.
• Ability to operate kitchen software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and food production for meals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, storage, and FIFO practices.
• Maintain HACCP logs, production records, and compliance checks.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff; coordinate across district kitchens as needed.
• Ensure meals meet quality standards and safety guidelines.
