This 10.5-month position supports daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, meal service, cashiering, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ServSafe certification, and the ability to pass a physical exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass a required physical examination.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving breakfast and lunch.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service.
• Operate the POS system and assist with cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.
• Label, date, and properly store food items.
• Support catering, special events, and other duties as assigned.
