Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up cutting boards, trash cans, mats, dish machines and pot sinks.
• Wash all soiled kitchen equipment, pots and pans according to sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.
• Ensure trashcans are emptied and recycling is performed.
• Empty dish machines and pot sinks every two hours or as needed.
