Quest Food Management Services Llc in Joliet, IL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Kitchen Service Worker to support daily kitchen operations. The role focuses on dishwashing, sanitation, and general cleaning to maintain a safe and orderly food service environment in a school setting.

You will follow cleaning schedules, prepare work areas, and assist with logistics such as trash disposal and equipment sanitation, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of meals served to students.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic as well as to understand measurements and conversions.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Handler certification).

Mansioni

• Wash pots, pans, and small wares daily according to sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.
• Set up cutting boards, trash cans, mats, dish machines, and pot sinks.
• Organize pot shelves for efficient access by kitchen staff.
• Dispose of cardboard and keep floors swept and mopped to prevent slips.
• Record sanitizing solution concentrations in dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Follow all Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time and in complete uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
