Job summary

Quest Food Management Services, Inc. is seeking a diligent kitchen helper to perform pot washing, dishwashing, and general cleaning duties.

The role supports daily kitchen production and ensures sanitation standards are met across the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock. Responsibilities include organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, recording sanitation concentrations, and following company food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand measurements.
• Food Handler certification required by state/local.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans and small wares according to sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.
• Follow Quest food safety guidelines and policies.
• Record concentration of sanitizing solutions as required.
• Perform daily/weekly cleaning tasks and restock supplies.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Ability to perform simple arithmetic
