Job summary

Quest Food Management Services, Inc. is hiring for a dishwashing/kitchen support role in Joliet, IL. This position performs a variety of cleaning duties, from pot washing to maintaining sanitation across dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.
• Set up cutting boards, trash cans, mats, dish machines and pot sinks.
• Wash soiled kitchen equipment and pots according to sanitation standards.
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Follow Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time in complete uniform.
