Job summary

Quest Food Management Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable kitchen helper to perform dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning duties in the cafeteria and loading dock areas.

You will maintain sanitary conditions, organize kitchen areas, and assist daily production staff, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for use. High school diploma or GED and a Food Handler certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic as well as understand measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish area, kitchen, cafeteria and loading dock.
• Wash all soiled kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and small wares according to sanitation standards.
• Set up cutting boards, trash cans, mats, dish machines and pot sinks.
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Follow Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time and in complete uniform.
