You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of related experience, and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items according to Sodexo standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions; estimate requirements and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and practice food safety and sanitation.
