Job summary

Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team at the CTY Kitchen Commissary. You will ensure quality and portion control, prep foods, present dishes creatively, maintain a clean kitchen, store food properly and follow all safety and recipe procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume environment, strong knowledge of culinary methods, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience required.
