Elior Independent School Dining located at St. Johnsbury Academy is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality meals, manage portions, and present dishes creatively in a busy school dining environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of scratch-cooking experience, strong culinary knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Food handling certification is a plus and this is a full-time onsite role with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
