Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced, energetic kitchen team at DME Academy. You will prepare delicious meals, maintain quality and portion control, and contribute to a student-focused dining program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify/differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
