• Sets up serving counters and serves students and staff; replenishes items.
• Cleans cookware and dining areas; sanitizes utensils and floors.
• Labels, stores, and disposes leftovers.
• Receives provisions, documents temperatures, reports discrepancies; maintains inventory.
• Oversees student helpers in the kitchen.
• Attends staff meetings and training; meets USDA annual training hours.
