Regular training in PGI classes is available, with potential to lead sessions for staff. The role involves community relations, daily food service, and assisting in setup and cleanup for timely student service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale system with accuracy and reconcile monies daily to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in PGI Classes training; may lead training for other kitchen staff.
• Serve meals daily while complying with school food regulations and health department sanitation standards.
• Pursue opportunities to create positive relationships with the surrounding community.
• Assist in set up and cleanup of serving areas for timely service to students.
• Assist in preparation, service and sale of meals following menu and recipes.
